In beautiful Northern Norwegian summer weather, the team set off by boat for an eventful journey along the Helgeland coast.
From Brønnøysund, via Skogholmen and Husvær, the voyage ended in Lovund. There, the team enjoyed professional inspiration, dinner with local ingredients, guided island hiking, as well as a bit of fun and social activities.
For Havida, it is important to build strong relationships within a growing team while also strengthening the sense of community among colleagues. During the trip to Lovund, the team visited one of their many skilled customers out at sea. This gave all employees the opportunity to see, learn, and better understand the value behind the work the company stands for.
